At Aura & Nest, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below.


🕐 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


✅ Eligible for Return

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Item is not damaged by the customer
  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Items with missing parts or original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom neon signs)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

📋 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@auraandnest.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

💰 Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depends on your bank)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Want a different size, color, or product? We're happy to help!

  • Email us at support@auraandnest.com to request an exchange
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize! Here's what to do:

  1. 📸 Take clear photos of the damage (product + packaging)
  2. 📧 Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@auraandnest.com
  3. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
  4. No need to return the damaged item in most cases
