At Aura & Nest, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below.
🕐 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligible for Return
- Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Item is not damaged by the customer
- Return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
- Items with missing parts or original packaging
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom neon signs)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
📋 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@auraandnest.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
💰 Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depends on your bank)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Want a different size, color, or product? We're happy to help!
- Email us at support@auraandnest.com to request an exchange
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize! Here's what to do:
- 📸 Take clear photos of the damage (product + packaging)
- 📧 Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@auraandnest.com
- We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
- No need to return the damaged item in most cases
