At Aura & Nest, we want your new home decor to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


🕐 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding US public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

During high-demand periods (product launches, seasonal sales, Black Friday / Cyber Monday), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience!

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We're working on expanding to international markets — join our newsletter to be the first to know when we do!


📍 Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Here's how to track your package:

  1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation (also check spam/promotions folders)
  2. Click the tracking link in the email
  3. Or visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number

Pro tip: Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email. This is normal — your order is on its way!


🚚 Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and the items in your order for the fastest possible delivery.


📬 Delivery Issues

My tracking hasn't updated

Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 days to update, especially during transit between sorting facilities. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

My package shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it

Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. We recommend:

  1. Checking around your front door, porch, garage, and with neighbors
  2. Waiting 24 hours — sometimes packages arrive the next day
  3. Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll make it right

My package was lost or damaged

We've got you covered. If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged:

  • 📸 Take a photo of any damage (product + packaging)
  • 📧 Email us at support@auraandnest.com within 7 days of delivery
  • We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no hassle

🏠 Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (may require additional delivery time)
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized items
  • APO/FPO military addresses are supported for standard-size items
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped within the United States have no additional customs, duties, or import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Not 100% in love? No problem. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return
  • We provide a prepaid return label for defective/damaged items
  • For change-of-mind returns, customer covers return shipping
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: We can update your address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us ASAP at support@auraandnest.com with your order number and new address.

Q: Do you offer same-day or next-day shipping?
A: We don't currently offer same-day or next-day shipping. Our fastest option is Express Shipping (5–10 business days).

Q: Why does shipping take 7–15 days?
A: Our products are carefully curated and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. This allows us to keep prices low while maintaining quality. We're always working to improve delivery times!

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: We're an online-only store, so in-store pickup is not available at this time.

Q: What happens if I'm not home when my package arrives?
A: Most carriers will leave the package at your door. If a signature is required, they'll leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
